Binh Duong Province celebrate Christmas and New Year | Christmas 2014 No comment

The 2 records set on Christmas 2014 in Binh Duong are the highest Christmas tree and the hugest number of Santa Clause.

Binh Duong Province (in Southern region) pronounced that from 20th to 31st December 2014, the event “Happy New Year and set the new record of the Vietnam’s highest Christmas tree” will be took place in Thu Dau Mot Town, Binh Duong Province.

The Vietnam highest Christmas tree is 36m in height, 14m in diameter. It is decorated with colorful mica and set up a super modern light system with special effect. This tree breaks the old record of 32m Christmas tree in 2014 in Hanoi.

The second record is the hugest number of people in Santa Clause outfit of 300. It breaks the old record of 200 “Santa Clause” in Da Lat city in Lam Dong in 2013.

Besides these 2 records, to celebrate Christmas and New Year, there will be a lot of activities and music programs such as Rock festival, DJ – Hip hop Music Night with the participation of famous singers, DJ in Ho Chi Minh City, folk music program, etc. Various beautiful effects of light and sounds and images will be shown during all the activities.

Moreover, a big Christmas market will be held in this time with more than 200 stores and stalls.

Binh Duong Province (30km from Ho Chi Minh City) promises to be a can-not-miss destination on this Christmas.
