The sixth colourful and marvelous Nha Trang festival was launch  from 1 to 16 June, 2013. This biggest cultural event in the area  was officially opened on June 8 night  in Nha Trang city with the participation of State President Truong Tan Sang and more than twenty thousands visitors from all over  the world.

The Nha Trang Sea festival 2013 provides an precious opportunity for Khanh Hoa tourism industry to broadcast, as well as build up a “ Viet Nam tourism island” brand. In addition, this festival  is also a chance for  introducing tourism typical products of the local area to Vietnamese and foreign visitors and partners .

Addressing at the opening ceremony, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Tuan Anh called on authorities of people of Khanh Hoa and other central coastal province to make more great effort to develope a  firm sea- tourism economy base, as well as to promote our Vietnam society development.

The festival was held with 68 spectacular programs. One of the most outstanding events is national music program: Rock– Hiphop Festival, Hoa Qua Son festival, the national sailing contest.
