Dai Lanh town is located between Ca Pass and Co Ma Pass, so it is like a completely untouched valley after 9pm, when the transportation on the passes is getting sparse. You sit on the smooth sand, in front of quite sea with flickering lamp from fishing ships and watch the night sky of full stars and moonlight.
