Instructions for Applicants:

Customers applying for visa on arrival should be aware of two kinds of fee: Service Fee and Stamping Fee.

1. Service fee

2. Stamping fee

In opposite with the first type of fee, Stamping Fee is charged by Vietnamese Government’s Treasury. The amount of stamping fee may change every year based on amendment of the circular of the Government so you need to check it annually.

Only with your approval letter received in advance as a legal document from the Immigration Department of Vietnam, you will be allowed to get your visa stamped and pay the stamping fee in cash at the airport. The Price Chart is as follows:

Note: Single/Multiple entry refers to the number of times you travel to and fro Vietnam. It does not relate to the number of persons.

Depending on the country where you are currently living, the fee for Visa Code might be different. Please visit your local Vietnamese Embassy for further information. (This fee can only be paid at Vietnam Embassy).
