Step 1: Apply online

Basically, all you need to do is to fill in all of your personal information on our secure online application form, by following: https://vietnamvisaonentry.com/apply-online/ then click Submit. Or else, you may download the application form in word format and then send it manually to our email address at: support@vietnamvisaonentry.com.

Step 2: Make a payment

Make sure that you don’t forget to make payment for Vietnam visa approval fee; this is also for the confirmation of your application.

There are two types of fee that you should be aware of: service fee and stamping fee. The fee you have to pay online at this step is actually service fee, whereas stamping fee will only be paid when you arrive at Vietnam airport and get your Vietnam visa stamped on your passport in the next step.

Step 3: Get visa approval letter

After 2-3 working days, you’ll receive your visa approval letter via the provided email. Printing out the letter and bring it with you to Vietnam airport (color preferred, but not required). Also, you’ll need to prepare at least 2 photos of passport size, and US$45 for stamping fee per person for single entry visa; US$65 for 1 month multiple entry visa and US$95 for 3 month multiple entry visa.
