All you need to do is to submit an online application, make a payment  for service fee and get Vietnam visa code letter within 2 working days  under normal processing. After receiving the letter, just print it out and bring it to Vietnam Embassy near your living to get Vietnam visa stamped there (stamp fee is paid in cash at Vietnam Embassy).
