What if I need to travel on weekend?

Vietnam Department of Immigration does not work at weekend, so if you are about to travel on Saturday or Sunday, you will need to contact us for help. In case you do not prepare visa approval letter in advance, we will offer you a special visa package that make your travel to Vietnam become so easy. Accordingly, you still can obtain a visa approval letter within a couple of hours after submission and once you reach Vietnam airport, our employee will wait for you with sign board to help you finalize the rest of visa procedure. However, this service charges $200/pax (included stamp fee).

To use the special visa package, you are required to provide us with personal details i.e. full name, nationality, passport number and flight itinerary through support@vietnamvisaonentry.com so we can pick you up at Vietnam airport.

Note: This kind of visa service should only be used in extremely special cases. Otherwise, you are strongly advised to delay the flight to do normal visa into Vietnam.
