Vietnam visa for Lithuanian passport holders
Commonly, Vietnam visa can be applied either at a Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in your country, or at Vietnam Department of Immigration via a travel company or a visa agent.
However, there isn’t a Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in Lithuania. The closest available Vietnam Embassy is in Poland.
So for Lithuanians looking forward to visiting Vietnam, Vietnam visa is obtainable through two channels:
Option 1: Apply at Vietnam Embassy in Poland, which is located in Resorowa 36, 02-956 Warszawa. You will need to bring your passport with at least 6 month validation remaining, 2 passport photos and clarify your period of stay. The processing time ranges from 5 to 7 working days.
Option 2: Alternatively, you can apply for your Vietnam Visa at Vietnam Department of Immigration via our service. This method is known as visa on arrival (VOA) for passengers who travel by air. You will be required to fill out a short online application form, or get our downloadable offline form and e-mail it to us. Within 2 working days of payment completion, you will receive an approval letter via email. Then you will only have to print it out and bring it with you when you travel. Upon arrival at one of 3 Vietnam’s international airports (Da Nang, Noi Bai, Tan San Nhat), you must pay stamping fee to get visa stamped on your passport . The stamping fee is accepted in either USD or VND.
